To complete your integration, we need remote access to a machine running your POS software—ideally your main server or back-office computer.

How to install the City Hive TeamViewer:

  1. Download: Click to download the official City Hive TeamViewer Utility (Even if you already have TeamViewer, please use this specific link so it connects directly to our team).
  2. Open: Run the downloaded application on your POS or server machine.
  3. Share: Once open, you will see the custom City Hive window. Locate Your ID and Password (as shown in the image) and share them with us so we can complete the setup.

ℹ️  For cloud-based POS systems: our team will reach out to request the specific information required for your setup. Please keep an eye on your email and be ready to provide these details.
