Executive Assistant and Office ManagerCity Hive is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO. We are seeking a motivated individual to support our executive and office functions. This will include, but not be limited to, assisting with schedule coordination, travel scheduling, and office management. You will also work with the team on special projects such as team offsites, networking events, and workshops.
This is a part-time, in-office role in our New York City office (as a general rule, we are in the office at least four days each week). You would need to be available during the first half of the day (e.g., 9AM – 2PM EST).
Must be fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
