The role:City Hive’s Customer Success Associate’s prime responsibility is to help our customers grow their business through the use of our platform. As our customer success associate you will develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty to the City Hive Platform. You will work closely with our customers to ensure they are knowledgeable and are satisfied with the services they receive. You will help them improve and expand their business through the use of the platform, and improve their operations. As an associate you will often provides technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with the business’ products. You will also help develop media assets to support customers from remote through sharing a knowledge base as well as using various technological solutions. Lastly, you will work closely with our dev team to communicate feedback and improve our product and process to allow you to better do your job.
