City Hive is looking for a multitasker that’s passionate about solving problems and helping others grow their business. We work with businesses from the country’s largest brands to local family owned businesses and are looking for an Implementation Manager who will be able to guide, train and work efficiently to solve every day requests while delivering a great experience to our clients.
What you will do:
- Manage the onboarding of retailers, suppliers and distributors on the City Hive platform to ensure a successful onboarding process and accelerate time to value.
- Engage customers through regular strategic calls, one-to-one product training sessions and group web conference sessions around strategic and technical topics
- Build marketing campaigns, establish a customer feedback loop, set up CRMs and organize the onboarding process
- Troubleshoot and solve complex software issues
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of client support preferably for a SAAS or technology company.
- Excellent project management skills and an ability to maintain multiple project at once.
- Passion for trying new processes to achieve the best possible solution
- A track record of exceeding customers expectations
- Self starter & team player who enjoys cross team collaboration
- Experience with Zoho products, Google tools or Appcues is beneficial
