We unite the Three-Tier system in a whole new way by connecting retailers to wholesalers, distributors and suppliers, using the City Hive platform.

City Hive is looking for its first Global Talent Acquisition Partner to build world class recruiting processes from the ground up.

What you will do:

  • Manage E2E hiring processes from initial communication through offer acceptance/declines
  • Actively own and establish recruiting processes, systems and initiatives
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Plan and initiate recruitment workflow (including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews)
  • Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets
  • Work closely with the hiring managers to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience.
  • Think outside the box and be creative to always find new channels and sources


  • An all around player, with start-up mentality, who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty with whatever it takes to make things done – MUST
  • At least 2 years experience as a recruiter in the hi-tech industry (in-house or outsource recruiting agency) – MUST
  • Strong English, both verbal and written – MUST
  • Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously
  • Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
