City Hive is looking for a Customer Service Support Manager that’s passionate about solving problems and helping others grow their business. We work with everyone from the country’s largest brands to local family owned businesses and are looking to build a first class support department who will be able to work efficiently to solve every day requests, generalize and automate processes, while delivering a great experience to our clients.
What you will do:
- Prioritize incoming client support cases in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Work directly with our Customer Success team to maximize opportunities that will help our clients grow
- Identify product improvements and communicate feedback to our leadership team
- Analyze client data to identify areas of opportunities and implement scalable solutions
What we are looking for:
- 2-4 years of client support for a SAAS technology company
- Proficient in using scalable solutions to manage and navigate high volume environment.
- Track record of exceeding customers expectations
- Self starter & team player who enjoys cross team collaboration
- Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
- Experience with Zoho products, Google Analytics, or Appcues is beneficial
