We unite the Three-Tier system in a whole new way by connecting retailers to wholesalers, distributors and suppliers, using the City Hive platform.
City Hive is looking for a rockstar multitasker to join our fast-growing Merchant Success team. If you’re passionate about solving problems and helping others, you’ll have no shortage of them in this role as you help those in each aspect of the alcohol industry grow their business. We work with everyone from the country’s largest brands to local family owned businesses and are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who will be able to work efficiently to solve every day requests while building solutions to proactively empower our clients with the tools they need.
What you will do:
- Prioritize incoming client support cases in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Perform set-up and configurations to get new clients up and running
- Develop & execute strategies that optimize current workflows for in-bound support
- Analyze merchant data to identify areas of opportunities and implement scalable solutions
What we are looking for:
- Track record of successfully executing new processes
- Analytical approach to decide which opportunities to pursue
- 1+ years of client support preferably for a SAAS or technology company
- Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
