If you can't tell, we're kind of biased...
This is the last post in our deep dive on the differences between Aggregators and White Label Solutions for wine and spirit retailers. Last week, we talked about 7 things you need to know before you work with an Aggregator. If you haven’t read it yet, check it out here.
Convenience is the name of the game these days. How fast, how easy, and how cheap you can get something, are among some of the most important considerations consumers make when purchasing a product/service. An aggregator seemingly answers all of these with their pros. They can get you up and running quickly, with little work on your end and low start-up costs. And while they will probably get the job done, and you may very well be happy with what you get, let’s not forget that word “convenience”.
Is it convenient to lose your customers? Is it convenient to have hidden fees? Is it convenient to have no brand loyalty? Is it convenient to have your aggregator actively try to circumvent your business (more on that here)? We would like to emphatically argue that the answer to every one of those questions is “No.”.
White Label Solutions get knocked for their time consumption, cost, and complexity, but we’re here to dispel those rumors. At City Hive, your custom branded website can be live in one day; a mobile app shortly after. We champion your brand and customer loyalty instead of trying to steal it. We give you the tools to build the best wine and spirits store you can, and help you all along the way.
